This hands-on role involves operating plastic injection molding machines, inspecting parts, completing production paperwork, and assisting with assembly and packaging.What You'll DoOperate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipmentInspect finished parts for quality and defectsPerform assembly, trimming, hand-loading, and packagingFollow work instructions and production proceduresComplete accurate part counts and production documentationReport quality or equipment issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaParticipate in training and continuous improvementWork weekend overtime as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required1 year of manufacturing experience preferredInjection molding or machine operating experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and qualityDependable, organized, and self-motivatedAble to follow written and verbal instructionsTeam player with good communication skillsMust be available to train on day shiftMust be available for overtime as neededPhysical RequirementsAble to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent repetitive hand and fine-motor movementsAble to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and crouchFrequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs.Comfortable working around moving machineryAble to work a 10-hour overnight shift
