Pulaski County Ambulance District is seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager to support the daily operations of our business office.
Qualifications and responsibilities:
QuickBooks certification and bookkeeping experience
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills
Willingness to learn ambulance billing and obtain certification as an Ambulance Billing Specialist
The Office Manager will help maintain accurate financial records, manage routine business office functions, and support the District’s billing operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through on details, and is ready to grow with our team.
