As the Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of technology-related contracts and vendor agreements, including:

• Reviewing, negotiating, and administering IT contracts, amendments, renewals, and service agreements
• Managing contracts related to software, SaaS platforms, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, consulting services, hardware, and managed services
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop contract requirements and scopes of work
• Assisting with RFPs, RFQs, bid processes, vendor evaluations, and contract awards
• Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Tracking contract milestones, renewals, spending, and key deliverables
• Identifying risks and ensuring contracts align with organizational policies and procurement requirements
• Maintaining organized contract documentation and records
• Serving as a liaison between vendors, procurement, finance, legal, and technology teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Procurement, or related field
• 3+ years of contract administration, procurement, or vendor management experience
• Experience supporting IT, technology, software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or telecommunications contracts
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret contract language and identify potential risks
• Experience working with ERP, procurement, or contract management systems is a plus
• Government, utility, healthcare, higher education, or public-sector experience highly desirable
