MAD Security Services, Inc. is seeking new team members to join our family. As an Armed Security Guard with our company, you will: Act strictly as a deterrent to help prevent theft. The goal is to observe and report. Observe and report suspicious criminal activity as appropriate for the circumstances or as required by the post orders at assigned site while patrolling on foot. Check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, vandalism and any unauthorized persons. Communicate in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations while following emergency response procedures. Communicate effectively with individuals at the job sites and emergency personnel in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a neat and professional appearance while in a complete and clean company uniform. Execute post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations effectively. Requirements: Valid Driver's License or California Identification Card California Guard Certificate Exposed Firearm Permit (Caliber 38, 357, 9mm, or 40 mm preferred) 32 hours of Security Training with BSIS8 hours of Powers of Arrest/Weapons of Mass Destruction Training Screenings include: Background Check Employment Verification Shifts Available: Part-time Pay rate: $20/hour MAD Security Services offers holiday, vacation, insurance benefits to full-time employees.
